Change Log:
Shooting modes and their use!
Main modes -
these are SMOOTH/DETAIL LDR and HDR modes.
SMOOTH LDR 📸 - universal shooting mode. It has a soft style, does not have much noise, and when the light deteriorates, it maintains a balance between details and noise. But the worse the light, the less detail (texture) it retains. A mode for lovers of not particularly noisy photos.
DETAIL LDR 📸 🧱 - also a universal mode, but with a different processing style. Has MORE detail than SMOOTH, but also has more noise when the light deteriorates. The difference in detail during the day is almost unnoticeable, but as the light drops you will feel it. The mode also launches with an upscale of up to 24 MP.
BRIGHT LDR ☀️ - a mode that is in addition to the previous ones. If you don’t think the photo is lacking in brightness, use this mode. It will give maximum brightness in the shadows in the photo.
SMOOTH HDR 🌅 - similarly the same universal mode as LDR, but has a higher dynamic range. It handles glare and overexposure in photos better. Also suitable for evening/night scenarios. But for photos with movement, the mode is not very suitable, unlike LDR
Processing style similar to SMOOTH LDR (read in the description of the SMOOTH LDR mode)
DETAIL HDR 🌅 🧱 - similar mode for its intended purpose with SMOOTH HDR
The processing style is similar to DETAIL LDR (read in the description of the DETAIL LDR mode).
MAX HDR 🌅 🌉 - a mode similar to SMOOTH HDR, but has a longer shutter speed when the light deteriorates and even more frames in stitching, as well as higher iso. Use in night scenarios when there is very little light.
SPORT ⛹️ - mode that is suitable for dynamic objects. Opens in NS! Shutter speed is limited to 1/200. As the light deteriorates, the quality drops noticeably! This mode is best used in good light
DARK HDR 🌇 - a mode that has lower exposure than other photo modes, and is a bonus mode at your discretion. Gives more atmospheric night photos of signs, premises, etc.
ASTRO 🌠 - essentially a dual-purpose mode (2 in 1). Mainly used for astrophotography. To do this, it is better to put the phone on a tripod, press the astro button in the viewfinder, after which stars will appear on the shutter button (ASTRO is activated), then press the shutter button and wait until the photo is ready. taken. There is a lot of time, and only you can decide when to stop filming!
The second purpose of the ASTRO mode is shooting in pitch darkness, when even MAX HDR cannot cope. To use ASTRO as an extreme night mode, you do not need to turn on the button, but simply shoot in NS and that’s it, and it is advisable not to move the phone, because there is a high probability of blur.
10) ZOOM 🔍 - this mode is ONLY available on the 10x zoom lens (for s23u and 5x for S24u) and is used for maximum zoom. Works at ZSL
How to use :
1) DO NOT USE ZOOM mode with 10x magnification. It is designed for 15x and above! (Preferably 20x and above).
2) I recommend using it outdoors during the day, or indoors, on some signs too, but not in poor lighting!
